6 Ways You Can Serve Your Audience Right Now!
Our needs are never static. They are responsive to the world around us, from the most minute level to massive global shifts. They can be collective, shared, deeply personal and private. This might seem like an obvious point – but the needs of our audiences are never static too. And so neither are the ways in which you can serve them.
I say this because we can all feel overwhelmed at times. With so much bubbling up in the world, so much information, so much fight and passion, and so much change, you might have found yourself feeling a little lost swirling around in it all. But really, these feelings are just a reminder that we need to continuously re-focus, both moving with the world and stepping out to take the lead.
It’s time to take a breathe, stop saying you are overwhelmed and take action. Step up and show up. Here are 6 ways to help you serve your audience in a sustained and meaningful way!

Ask your followers
The best way to engage with your audience and check in with their needs is to simply ask them. You can get as specific as you want. Clear communication is key in all relationships and is no different with your relationship with your audience.

Keep educating
Both yourself and your followers. We never stop learning, your audience still wants to hear educational content and your voice is valid. However, it is so incredibly important to know when to use your own voice and when to use your space to amplify the voices of others. Keep knowledge flowing!

Create community
We all need community now more than ever. Every community created to serve, nurture, and support, is a blessing. There are so many amazing and creative ways to create a community online. Set up a FB group, create a mini challenge with a group chat, or maybe start an art or book club and get people sharing. Allow people to engage with each other and not just with your content. It’s a powerful thing to hold space for other people.

Be confident
Be confident enough to be okay with getting it wrong. Because we all do. What’s important is what we learn and how we move forward. Be brave and put yourself out there. The saying “own your mistakes” may sound like a cliché, but OWN YOUR MISTAKES.

Be a powerful leader
Actions speak loader than words. We should all be the change that we want to see in the world. Whether you have 50 or 50 000 followers, you have a responsibility to show up as a powerfully with purpose. Show your audience what kind of leader you are.

With yourself, not just others. Remember that you are part of the community that you are trying to serve. Selfcare is radical. Selfcare can be whatever you want and need it to be. Get yourself a self care plan in STAT.
